We offer a no obligation consultation and there is no out of pocket fees as we work on commissions. We will meet with you and create a plan based on your needs, as we are a start to finish estate liquidation service.

  • Sort your Items for best viewing

  • Clean

  • Price and Stage for best presentation

  • We provide tables, table coverings, clothes racks, jewelry displays, and a tent if needed

  • Clean up after the sale

  • Box up all donations of your choice

We will do all advertising for your sale. This is to include newspapers, websites, Craigslist, Facebook, and Twitter. This advertising services are at no additional costs to you. We have a Facebook page where we reach our virtual customers allowing for a broader customer base so more people are able to shop your sale. These services are included  in the commission of the sale.
